We want you spending the day with your people, not spending the day working for the camera.

All rates and specifications are proposals, not a bookable offer. Final delivery dates, gallery access duration, travel, additional hours, payment terms and product specifications must be agreed before launch. A same-day film preview requires film coverage; a photo reveal requires photography. The combined Photo + Film Reception Premiere is a working $1,850. Same-day options need advance booking, dedicated editing support, an agreed content cutoff and tested venue playback; AV hire is separate. Team assignments are confirmed for each booking; no particular individual is guaranteed unless named in your agreement.
The site brings forward the useful operational details from the studio’s 2022 service agreement, while separating legacy terms that still need updating before launch.
Toronto Wedding Photographer operates as a studio. Your signed agreement will identify the booked services and team commitment. No particular individual is guaranteed unless named in the agreement.
The working package structure uses one professional for the 8-hour option, a lead plus a second professional for five hours in the 10-hour option, and two professionals for the full 12-hour option in the booked discipline.
The legacy 2022 agreement used a 25% booking payment, 25% three months before the wedding and the remaining 50% on the wedding day. V7 carries that structure as a working term only; the current agreement will control once updated and approved.
Photography packages currently include a working promise of 15–25 edited preview photographs within 48 hours. The 2022 agreement used a 60-day standard delivery window for complete photography/video delivery. Final 2026 turnaround language will be confirmed before launch.

Yes. Client galleries are separate from the public portfolio. Final password/security settings and gallery-retention periods will be confirmed with the selected gallery provider and in the current booking agreement.
Yes. Film can be booked on its own or alongside photography, and both now live together under Our Work. Depending on the selected package, deliverables can include a cinematic highlight plus ceremony and speech edits.
Yes, as an optional same-day service. The working Reception Premiere is a 3–4-minute film prepared during the wedding day for an agreed reception screening. It requires eligible film coverage, advance booking and dedicated editing support.
Yes, provided they do not interfere with the professional coverage. The legacy agreement treated Toronto Wedding Photographer as the exclusive professional photo/video team while allowing guests to use their own cameras responsibly.
Couples are responsible for securing access to locations needed for coverage. The studio will work through normal weather where it is safe to do so, but coverage may need to move or stop if conditions create a risk to people or equipment.
Yes, subject to availability. The legacy agreement asked for start-time changes at least 48 hours in advance. Current extra-hour rates will be stated in the selected package or agreement rather than reusing the older 2022 hourly rates.
The 2022 agreement used a 90-day notice framework for postponements and cancellations. That structure is being reviewed for the current agreement; your signed booking terms will state the applicable credits, fees and rescheduling conditions.
The studio retains creative control over shooting and editing style. The legacy film agreement included one requested revision round within a defined review period. The current film revision policy will be stated with the selected package.
Copyright remains with the studio, while delivered files are intended for the couple’s personal use. The 2022 contract used broad promotional-use language; V7 does not carry that wording forward automatically. Current marketing-consent and privacy choices will be written more clearly before launch.
Not as part of the standard packages unless specifically stated. The older contract treated raw video footage as a separate purchase and limited long-term storage. Any current raw-media option and retention period will be defined in writing.
Yes. Premium albums and engagement photography are visible add-ons. Fine-art prints, canvas and matted prints remain available as secondary keepsakes.
Yes, by arrangement. The legacy contract included a local travel allowance and additional mileage outside it. Current travel boundaries and rates will be stated clearly in the booking terms rather than reusing the old mileage figure.
The FAQ is written to be useful before booking, but it is not the contract. See the working Booking Terms page for the current summary and the clauses still requiring final approval.
This page summarizes key booking expectations in plain language. It is not a replacement for the signed service agreement, which always controls.
The legacy structure used 25% at booking, 25% three months before the wedding and 50% on the wedding day. V7 treats this as the working payment schedule pending final approval.
Photography bookings currently include 15–25 preview photographs within 48 hours. The legacy agreement used a 60-day standard window for the completed photography/video delivery. Any current rush options will be priced and confirmed in writing.
Coverage begins at the agreed start time. The legacy agreement required start-time changes at least 48 hours in advance. Extra coverage remains subject to availability and the current rate stated in your package or agreement.
The studio is retained as the professional photography/video team. Guests may take their own photos and videos so long as they do not obstruct or interfere with the booked coverage.
The couple is responsible for securing permission and access to the locations required for coverage. Lost coverage caused by access restrictions is outside the studio’s control.
The team will work through normal wedding-day conditions where reasonably safe. Coverage may be moved, paused or ended where weather, unsafe behaviour or another hazard creates a risk to people or equipment.
Shooting, editing, music and artistic treatment remain within the studio’s creative discretion, subject to the deliverables stated in the selected package.
The legacy contract allowed one requested set of video changes within a defined review period, with extensive additional editing billed separately. The current revision allowance will be specified in each film package.
The 2022 agreement used 90 days as the key notice threshold for rescheduling and cancellation. V7 keeps that concept visible for planning, but the current fee, credit and rescheduling terms still need approval.
The studio retains copyright in the photographs and films. The couple receives the delivered work for personal use under the current agreement. Marketing/publication consent will be stated separately and more clearly than in the legacy contract.
Raw video or other unedited media are not included unless specifically purchased or stated. Storage and archive periods will be confirmed in the current service agreement.
Travel within the studio’s current core service area will be stated in the package. Travel beyond that area is available by arrangement, with any mileage, accommodation or destination costs agreed in writing before booking.
The booking contract for your wedding will contain the complete service scope, package, payment schedule, team, delivery commitments, cancellation/rescheduling terms, liability provisions and any event-specific additions. If this website summary and the signed agreement differ, the signed agreement controls.
