Booking overview

Clear plans. Thoughtful coverage.

A guide to the details we confirm together. Your individual quote and signed agreement—not this overview—set the services and terms for your booking.

Start with the day you’re planning

Tell us your date, venues, priorities and the coverage you’re considering. We’ll check availability and put together a quote for your photography, film and any additions.

Confirm your coverage and team

Before booking, your written documents should identify the service, start and end times, locations, number of photographers and filmmakers, and the duration each is covering. A named team member is only guaranteed when expressly agreed.

Reserve the date

The studio confirms the steps to reserve your date, including the agreement and booking payment. An inquiry, website price or conversation on its own is not a confirmed booking.

Agree on payment, changes and travel

Your agreement sets out the payment schedule, any travel or accommodation, additional coverage rates and the terms for cancellation or postponement. Ask about anything unclear before you sign.

Plan the delivery

Confirm your photo-preview timing, complete-gallery and film dates, film lengths, any revision allowance and the period private delivery links will remain accessible. Albums and other products have their own specifications and production schedule.

Record publication preferences

Discuss how you would like photographs and films to be shared publicly, alongside the usage permissions for your own delivered files. Private client galleries and public portfolio selections are separate.

Prepare for same-day additions

Reception reveals require a workable editing cutoff, dedicated editing support and agreed playback arrangements. Venue screens, projectors and AV hire are separate unless expressly included in your quote.

Let’s tell your story

We’d love to hear about your day.

Tell us what you’re planning and what matters most to you.
