Coverage, people, delivery and all the questions in between. Here’s where to start.
Who will photograph or film our wedding?
We work as a studio, with photographers and filmmakers who share an approach to the day. Your agreement confirms your coverage and team. A particular individual is only guaranteed when named in that agreement.
How many photographers or filmmakers are included?
Photography packages include two photographers for the full 8, 10 or 12 hours. The 8-hour film package includes one filmmaker; 10- and 12-hour film packages include two. Combined coverage includes two photographers plus one filmmaker at 8 hours, or two photographers plus two filmmakers at 10 or 12 hours, each for the full booked duration.
When will we see our photographs?
Photography coverage includes 15–25 edited preview photographs within 48 hours. Your complete-gallery date is agreed before booking and written into your agreement. Film delivery has its own agreed schedule.
How many finished photographs will we receive?
The final selection depends on your coverage and the way the day unfolds. We deliver a considered, edited collection rather than every test frame or duplicate. Discuss any minimum image requirement with us before booking so it can be recorded in your agreement.
Can we download and share our photographs?
Photography packages include a private online gallery with full-resolution and social-ready downloads. Your delivery instructions explain access, sharing, favourites and the period your gallery remains available. Save your own backup of the delivered files.
How do we access our client gallery?
Use the direct gallery link and access instructions sent with your delivery. The public wedding stories are portfolio selections, not your complete private gallery. Contact the studio if you need help finding your delivery link.
Can we book film without photography?
Yes. Wedding films can be booked on their own or alongside photography. The package determines your highlight-film length and whether ceremony and speech edits are included.
Can we show photographs or a film at the reception?
Yes, with an eligible same-day addition booked in advance. We plan the content cutoff, dedicated editing support and reception playback together. Screens, projectors and AV hire are separate. Your same-day selection does not replace the complete gallery or finished film.
Do you help with the timeline and portraits?
Yes. We talk through your priorities, locations and important people before the wedding. On the day, we offer direction for portraits and groups while leaving room for the celebration to unfold naturally.
How do booking and payments work?
Send your date, locations and coverage priorities first. We confirm availability and prepare a quote. Your date is reserved once the studio has confirmed the booking requirements in writing and the agreed contract and booking payment are complete. The payment schedule is set out in your agreement.
Can we change our timeline or add hours?
Contact us as early as possible. Changes and extra coverage are subject to team availability and must be agreed with the studio. Any additional fees are confirmed in writing rather than assumed from the website.
What happens if we postpone or cancel?
Your signed agreement sets out the cancellation and rescheduling terms that apply to your booking. Tell us as soon as your plans change so we can discuss availability and the options under that agreement.
What if a venue restricts photography or the weather changes?
Tell us about permits, access rules and ceremony restrictions while we plan the coverage. We also discuss a weather alternative. If conditions become unsafe, we will work with you on a safe change of location or approach.
Will our photographs or films appear on the website?
Please tell us your publication and privacy preferences before booking. We record the permissions and usage arrangements in your agreement. Private client delivery is separate from the public portfolio.
Are unedited photographs or raw footage included?
No, unless specifically included in your agreement. Standard packages deliver selected, edited work. Any raw-media request, usage arrangement, extra fee or retention period needs to be discussed and recorded separately.
Do you offer albums, prints and engagement sessions?
Yes. Albums and engagement photography are optional additions. Fine-art prints, canvas and matted prints can also be quoted. Album size, cover, page count and design process are confirmed for the product you choose.
Do you travel outside Toronto?
Yes, by arrangement. We work across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, and can discuss other locations. Travel, accommodation and permit costs, where applicable, are confirmed in your quote.
