Information you choose to send
The inquiry form asks for your names, email address, wedding date and venue if known, service and coverage preferences, additions and a message. Please do not include payment-card details or other sensitive information. We use your inquiry to respond, discuss availability and prepare the services you request.
How the website handles an inquiry
The website sends the completed inquiry to the studio’s email service. It does not create a publicly accessible client record or save the message in browser storage. A temporary session cookie helps protect the form from forged submissions. Limited anti-abuse records are kept in server temporary storage to reduce repeated spam submissions.
Hosting and email
Our hosting and email providers process technical data needed to operate these services. Hosting logs can include IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and timestamps. Inquiry messages are handled in the studio’s email account. We keep information as needed for the inquiry, the services you request and applicable record-keeping obligations.
Fonts and wedding films
This website requests fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to load them. Vimeo players are loaded only after you choose to watch a film, or you can follow a direct Vimeo link. Those providers may process technical data and use cookies under their own policies. This website does not include an analytics or advertising-tracking installation.
Portfolio and private delivery
Public wedding stories are selected portfolio photographs. Private client galleries and complete deliveries are separate. Tell us your publication preferences before booking so the agreed permissions and usage arrangements can be recorded. If you have a question about a photograph displayed here, contact the studio.
Your questions and choices
You may contact info@torontoweddingphotographer.com about access to or correction of information you have sent, a deletion request, or your communication preferences. We may need to confirm your identity before discussing a private client record. Some records may need to be retained for an ongoing service or other applicable obligations.
