The day shapes the collection
Coverage length matters, but so do the number of locations, the pace of the celebration and the people involved. A quiet ceremony and dinner unfold differently from a day with separate preparations, several events and a large reception. We talk about those differences when planning the coverage.
What a finished selection means
A delivered collection is an edit of the day. Repeated frames, test shots and photographs that do not add to the story are not the same as finished images. We look for meaningful expressions, strong portraits, the atmosphere and the connections between people, then bring the selected photographs together through the edit.
Preview photographs are only the beginning
Photography coverage includes 15–25 edited preview photographs within 48 hours. That first selection gives you something to enjoy and share while the full gallery is prepared. It is separate from the complete delivery, which follows the schedule agreed for your booking.
Make your priorities known
A short family-group list is useful, particularly when there are important combinations that might not be obvious to the team. Tell us about meaningful details, people travelling a long way, and any moments that matter especially to you. A realistic timeline creates room for those photographs without turning the whole wedding into a checklist.
Agree on expectations and keep a backup
Discuss image-count expectations before booking; any promised minimum should be written into the agreement. Once the gallery arrives, use the full-resolution files for printing and the social-ready versions for easy sharing. Download the finished collection and keep your own backups rather than treating an online gallery link as permanent storage.
