Compare the same wedding day
Two prices are only comparable when they cover the same thing. Note the number of hours, the start and end time, and the number of photographers working during each part of the day. A second photographer for a few hours is a different service from two photographers covering the full day.
Look beyond the time on the day
Your photography also includes planning, selecting and editing the photographs, and preparing the delivery. Ask what the finished collection looks like, when the preview and full gallery arrive, and how you download and share the files. A short preview is not the same as the complete edited wedding collection.
Separate your essentials from your additions
Start with the coverage you need for your preparations, ceremony, portraits and reception. Then consider an engagement session, a wedding album, prints or a same-day reception reveal. Seeing those items separately makes it easier to decide what matters now and what you can choose later.
Check the practical costs
Before comparing totals, ask about applicable taxes, travel, parking, permits, extra hours and any accommodation. For a reception slideshow or same-day film, also confirm who supplies and tests the screen, projector and sound. An addition described simply as “same-day” still needs a workable production plan.
Use our packages as a starting point
Our photography guide prices begin at $3,250 CAD, plus applicable HST. Current 8-, 10- and 12-hour photography options each include two photographers for the full booked duration. Your quote confirms the final total and the details for your wedding. Take a look at our packages, then bring us the parts of your day you most want to remember.
